Two garage doors serviced/repaired. Called late in the day on Monday. They gave me an appointment for Tuesday between 8 and 12. Ferdinand called at 8:15 and said he’d be here at 8:30. Right on time. Reviewed the worked that needed to be completed. Said it would take about 2 hours and 1 hr and 45 min later done. Ferdinand was fantastic. He took the time to review the work completed in detail. Very friendly, informative and professional.

What an awesome employee! Lou was absolutely Phenomenal he was professional caring careful timely courteous who really knows his craft. And cleaned up after himself, in the time it took me to retrieve my wallet from my bedroom, my garage was squeaky clean I thought he vacuum the place it was so clean. This was my first time using Precision and I would use them again. Their customer communication tools (emails, texts and phone calls) were extremely detail oriented and timely. Technician was professional, knowledgeable and had all the materials to complete our fix insight. I didn’t get a chance to compare pricing vs another contractor and would guess that Precision is on the higher end but you get what you pay for.

We have had a really great experience with Precision Door. Kevin helped us extend the life of our garage door/opener when we first moved in (installation of new springs, which are still under warranty) and, 6 years later, recently installed a new motor for us. When it became clear there was an issue with the motor, Kevin returned and wouldn’t rest until the issue was resolved, which meant swapping out the motor for a new one (the very next morning!). The phone staff is friendly and Kevin is not only a skilled technician, he is a very kind and personable human. I highly recommend Precision Door.
