He called ahead, arrived on time, explained everything in detail, and was extremely pleasant and professional. Employers find out all too often when things go wrong, but deserve to know when they go exceptionally right. Louis was a pleasure to deal with and I hope this review gets him the recognition he deserves. I will be a repeat customer if I ever need your services again!

Rick, came out and gave me an estimate on a new garage door installation. I had a great experience with him, and at no time felt any pressure. Rick was on time, explained all my options and was professional. He was very responsive to my phone calls, and the whole process went very smoothly. Wilmer was the technician who installed the new garage door, did a beautiful and clean job. Monica, who I dealt with at their office was also pleasant and very easy to deal with. The designer who came to our house for our current purchase, Tammy DeHaan, was very attentive and helpful with helping us make our decision for the purchase of our current doors. She was very knowledgeable and worked with us to make sure we purchased exactly what we were looking for, and the price for the new doors was below what I had expected. Can’t say enough about the great service!

Chris did an outstanding job. Needed new sensors and I updated the rollers which made the door easier to open putting less stress on the motor. I would highly recommend Precision Door. They came out quickly and were very professional.

We had Precision replace parts on 2 garage doors nearly 10 yrs ago. One started having trouble recently along with the 3rd door we hadn’t serviced. Brian, who is personable, hard working, and efficient, researched our account and was able to replace one door’s springs and cables under warranty. He also replaced them on the other door along with new rollers at a reasonable price. We would highly recommend Brian and will request him if we need any work in the future.

The two technicians that came to put in a new garage door, opener and all of the hardware were great. The took their time installing to make sure everything was done properly and professionally. After finishing the installation the two technicians showed my wife and I how to operate the door and program the controller if we need to change things. Chris was out same day, diagnosed the issue (bad motor) - he was in and out in 30 minutes. As it was still under warranty there was no charge. I have been super pleased with Precision from install now through repair. Stuff happens, it’s how you respond to that stuff that is important, and Precision was excellent here.
