Brian Hallock did an excellent job. He called as requested 30 mins before his arrival which gave me time to leave work and meet him. He was speedy and efficient and done in half an hour. Great worker, pleasant, polite and efficient.

This company is run better than any other service company I have used! From my initial call I was treated respectfully and seriously. I was able to set up an appointment within two days of my call including on a Sunday. The appointment was confirmed well ahead of time, the repairman arrived within the window of time given, he called me en route to give me his ETA, and when he arrived he was courteous, knowledgeable, and able to fix the problem within 30 minutes!! That is a 10 rating im my book! THANK YOU!!!

Our home was apparently hit by lightning which blew out our garage door opener motors, as well as the sensors and key pads. Precision was on the job first thing the very next morning. Our technician did an absolutely excellent job!! He was extremely knowledgeable and He repaired our door quickly and now it is so quiet. It operates so smoothly now. We are so thankful and will be recommending Prevision to our family and friends. We also loved that we received email and text alerts advising us of exactly who was coming to our home and when he was expected to arrive. I wish ALL companies delivered this level of exceptional customer service but unfortunately it is very rare. Thx again Precision for a job well done and then some!!!!

I was impressed with Tammy. She really knows your product and presents well. She sold me on my new garage door and lift. I was pleased with the product and your (2) installers - Sam and Ryan did a beautiful job replacing my old door and opener. They were quick, very polite and did a great and neat job.
