I chose Precision based on reviews posted online. Yes, Precision met my expectations. Joel Sofia, the service technician, was very helpful, friendly, and explained everything he was doing. A new garage door opener was installed and Joel walked me thru the installation process. Excellent service.

One of my garage door openers stopped working. Precision Door sent Matthew over the same day. Turned out the original opener could not be repaired. Matthew explained in detail the new door openers available. After my selection Matthew did the installation. He was very fast, neat and polite. He is an expert craftsman and when finished he took away the old opener and left my garage clean.

Got my garage opener changed today... The tech Chris Karnacewicz called and stated he could be get to me earlier than the scheduled appt. he arrived and was very pleasant and personable. He handed me for using Precision Door and asked what I thought the issue was. He checked the opener and then made a recommendation to have it opener replaced. Chris was very good and made the experience pain feel... I would certainly use them again..l may ask to be place on Chris schedule.

First off, Five stars are not enough .Precision Garage Door company is the best Service tech Matthew Dewald is a true professional at his job, Nolagable helpful, just a great guy .worked through my problem with the other opener and said I should send it back work with Precision and worry free service, which I did and very happy. I had an excellent experience even though it turned out I cannot be helped today. Kevin came to my house and was on time and gave advance notice. He was polite and professional. He advised me that they could not help me with my problem due to the type of motors I currently have and the space limitations in my garage. When it comes time to replace my system I will definitely be calling Precision first. He also did not charge me for the visit because he could not help and was only here 20 minutes or so. Nice surprise!
