Joshua arrived on time and inspected door for reported problem. Although no actual repair was required at this time, he fully and professionally ex- plained all options and indicated how we might resolve the incomplete door closing with little out of pocket expense. Most refreshing to have a tech who does NOT high pressure the costomer. I will always call Precision from now on.

Garage Door sounded like it was going to fall and got stuck. Luckily Brian came to my aid, evaluated the problem presented it to me, and repaired it within 1 1/2 hour from start to finish. He is pleasant, well spoken and he loves his job. I would recommend this company to whoever asked me and I'd love to give Brian an 5 star evaluation.

I called Precision because my garage door would not close when the weather got very cold. Christopher was excellent, so I am giving him a 5-star rating. However, Chris was the second technician to come to my home. The first technician (Joshua) replaced several parts to my garage door, but the next time there was cold weather, the door still didn't close. I called Precision again and they sent out Christopher, who was able to diagnose and fix the problem--bad sensors. I have very mixed feelings about using Precision in the future or recommending the company to my neighbors because I spent a lot of money with Joshua on parts I didn't need that didn't address the problem I was having.

Luigi Fusaro was a terrific technician worth every one of his 5 stars. He diagnosed the problem immediately, replaced the defective springs, and made sure the door closed properly. He was polite, knowledgeable, and most attentive to our needs.

Could not be more professional from start to finish. Constant communication, Bio and pic of technician, track arrival, professional appearance, demeanor and quality of work. Chris did a rebuild February of 2018. Could not be more pleased, was worth the cost. December 2018, "J" arm became detached from garage door, my fault. Chris had it repaired in 40 minutes. Included an overall inspection, repair and any necessary tweaking. No oversell or unnecessary repairs. Chris was recommended to us in April & I asked for him specifically in December.

Called Precision to look at 2 malfunctioning garage doors and was very pleased to receive next day service during a Holiday week. Chris K inspected the doors and provided several options to resolve the issues. We decided on a full overhaul on the mechanicals and upgrades t belt drive openers. Chris had all the materials in his truck and was able to complete the job in a few hours! Clean, professional, and quick ... would highly recommend Precision as the company to call.

from the first time I called Precision, I was pleased with the professional treatment that I received. Tim Rainey was the responding technician and he was the best. I cannot overstate the quality of the service experience I recently had with Precision and it's employees. From the initial phone call to a helpful and courteous service rep. to the scheduling of the appointment and email confirmation, helpful email reminders, to the service technician (Matthew) who kept me fully apprised of when he would get to my house and his fair and helpful guidance of what needed replacement and what did not, and the quality repair work with a quality product. Definitely a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend Precision.

Five stars are not enough, I would give you 10 if at all possible! Outstanding customer service from the get go. Your technician showed up on time and he was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He performed a very thorough inspection of my garage door, shot pictures of several parts and once finished he clearly explained to me the different options I had to fix the problem. Then he did his job in a methodical, detailed manner and left everything behind him just impeccable. You should be proud of having John in your team, he is an excellent ambassador who clearly conveys your company's professionalism and values.
