Definitely a 5! My garage door opener motor failed last Saturday AM (always an inconvenient time) and you were able to send help that very afternoon. (Sean came). He was professional, explained everything, quoted a price, and did the work seamlessly. We had 2 new garage doors & openers installed by Precision earlier this year. They have performed flawlessly & we've been completely happy with them. When one of the openers had a failure a few days ago, Precision was quick to schedule a repair at our convenience. The service technicians were knowledgeable, polite, friendly, etc., & the repair was completed quickly. This was a no-cost warranty repair, but I won't hesitate to call Precision if/when I need out-of-warranty service in the future.

We called for service for the circuit board replacement. Matt D. was courteous, called & advised when coming. He replaced the circuit board & unfortunately made slight mistake after installed which effected the motor. He explained what happened & he did right by us and replaced the motor at no additional cost to us. Matt wanted to make sure we we were satisfied and happy with the solution. We were pleased and would use Precision again as well as recommend their services.

I have used Precision many times over the last 15 years and I am always satisfied with their service. They stand by their work and always do a great job.
