Luke was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the smallest details to me. I felt very informed when I had to make a decision to replace both garage door openers. My garage door motor broke this morning as I was trying to leave the house to start my work day. I called Precision because of the great reviews I read online. I was not disappointed. The service and work was amazing! Brian was my technician. Not only did he provide me with complete transparency around his arrival time, but he was able to surpass my expectations and arrive early! When he arrived, he was very professional, knowledgable, patient, and all around on top of his work. My door is fixed and the work he performed was detailed down to the last bolt and stud. I would recommend his company and his service to my coworkers and neighbors. I am thankful for the service level that was provided and pleased with the work.

We called because we had a problem with our garage door remote. Rob came on time and worked very hard trying to synchronize a new remote with the opener; unfortunately our garage door opener was about 50 years old! We ended up getting a whole new garage door opener and are very happy with the results. Rob was very patient when he explained the new system to my wife and me. He was very competent, professional and friendly. We are very happy to recommend you to people we know. Thank you for such great service!

After reading so many of the other positive reviews, I decided to call Precision to repair my broken garage door. They were able to schedule my appointment for the next day! My technician, Erik arrived right at the time he said he would. He thoroughly explained what the problem was, which parts needed to be replaced, and what my options were. Erik was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The whole repair (replacing springs and cables) was completed in less than 20 minutes. I am very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend Erik and Precision to anyone!

Excellent service. Chris called me at work to let me know he would be at my house in about 15 minutes. I had a flood in my basement and both sensors on bottom of door needed to be replaced. He tested the old ones to make sure they were no good. Replaced them, put new batteries in our remotes and was on his way in about 20 minutes. Thank you!!!

I'd give 10 stars if I could! I called Precision at about 2:30pm. A REAL person answered the phone and I had a repair team at my house in less than an hour. They waited for me patiently while I finished a phone call and did the repair in record time. I had worked previously with Rissland, for years. Now I'm with Precision and I'm very happy!

Precision has been my go to for a few years now. They have a good reputation and I have always been more than satisfied with the work their technicians do. I have had a new garage door opener as well as new double door installed by them over the years. I highly recommend them. I had Erik H as my tech today and he suggested a part that would make my unit work better and had the job done quickly and was very pleasant to deal with

We installed our new steel garage doors last summer to replace the old wood ones. The new doors run much more smoothly and a lot more quietly! The technician was very friendly and did a great job. When I recently reported some problems with the keyless pad, the service line set up an appointment in a timely manner and the technicians came very quickly and solved my problem. It’s been a very pleasant experience from beginning to end!
