All staff was very pleasant and professional. I initially called because I had put off replacing the openers on my garage doors for too long, and damage was done to one of the doors as a result of all that shaking and rattling. There was definitely some miscommunication initially, as they just replaced the doors and tracks but not the openers. Again, the staff was very professional even with my frustration after this happened, and I have to commend th company for standing behind their work. They came back to install two new openers and now everything works perfectly.

This company is very professional from the beginning to end. They are 24/7. Discount coupons and prices are listed for a visit. Everything is on line and makes you comfortable to deal with the serviceman sent to your house. Gentleman who was sent to service, was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable.

Called for service on my garage door. Door was not closing properly. The technician was here within 45 minutes of my call. When he got here, he introduced himself and we went over what my problem was. He checked out the reason the door was not closing. He quickly discovered the problem, explained what it was and gave me a quick estimate. Asked if he should proceed, given permission, and repaired it within an hour. Door working great now.
