Joshua arrived on time and inspected door for reported problem. Although no actual repair was required at this time, he fully and professionally ex- plained all options and indicated how we might resolve the incomplete door closing with little out of pocket expense. Most refreshing to have a tech who does NOT high pressure the costomer. I will always call Precision from now on.

I called Precision because my garage door would not close when the weather got very cold. Christopher was excellent, so I am giving him a 5-star rating. However, Chris was the second technician to come to my home. The first technician (Joshua) replaced several parts to my garage door, but the next time there was cold weather, the door still didn't close. I called Precision again and they sent out Christopher, who was able to diagnose and fix the problem--bad sensors. I have very mixed feelings about using Precision in the future or recommending the company to my neighbors because I spent a lot of money with Joshua on parts I didn't need that didn't address the problem I was having.

Joshua called me to let me know that he could get to my house early (how often does that happen with a repair person??!!). He was polite and professional. Although the outside lock of my 30-year-old garage door broke, the "old Precision product" still worked from the interior of the garage. The technician Joshua M made a thorough inspection of the system's functionality, clearly described alternative solutions for me to consider, and was able to program a remote control device (an item I did not have) so that I could open the garage from the outside. I was very pleased with the prompt, friendly, thorough, professional service Joshua M provided.

Technician, Joshua, was extremely professional and proficient. We were very pleased with his service. On the downside, I cannot say the same for the office staff. This is the reason for 3 star rating instead of 5. Immediately after I made the appt., rec'd email stating tech would arrive between 10 and 12. Day before the appt. rec'd another reminder: between 10 and 12. When there was no word by 12:15, I called. The rep argued with me about the time (did not bother to check the emails) and neither apologized for or explained the delay. Very uninterested attitude. Eventually said she would call the tech, who would then call me with an update. I don't believe she did this, as no one called back. At 1:15 I called again, but could not get through. There was just music, a song about your great service!! After several tries, I called the toll free number. Music again, but at least this time, there was a recorded message attached to it. Call was answered by another rep., much politer than the first, who again stated she would contact the tech, who would then contact me. He did call back almost immediately and arrived shortly. His good service was tarnished by the office representative.
