Francis, Thank you for the review. Your right it would have been less if you waited till the next day. Our emergency service is designed for homeowners who need help asap. We actually drop everything and normally are at your house within 2 hours. This can add expense to your bill.
Fortunately most times same day service is available at no extra cost.
