Lou came, saw, and conquered the garage door. Replaced the spring, safety cables, and other moving parts of the garage door. He was polite, quick, and honest. Told me that the LED light bulbs can affect the frequency between the garage door opener and the garage door motor and that I should replace them with regular light bulbs. Will be contacting Precision Door Service for future garage door needs!

I just wanted to say what great customer service I experienced yesterday from the technician. He called to let me know approximately what time he would be there in the 4 hour window and then he was right on time. He explained what he was going to do to repair the door and was extremely professional. I would highly recommend Precision!

Initial call started what led to a timely and efficient service visit. Schedulingwas done toour convenience, the Technician - Charles Gripenburg, called prior to his arrival to confirm the appointment and provided us with his ETA. Upon arrival he quickly diagnosed the issues and explained the options. Upon compleion, he provided instructions for operation and contact info for any concerns. He was personable and professional during the entire process.

Your Tech was supposed to come between 12 P & 4 P. He called me around 10:20 AM to ask if he could come early & of course I said Yes!! It was George Miranda. Luke was great! He was friendly, explained everything, and took the time to go over it with me in detail. He worked quickly and quietly, and I would have never known he was here he cleaned up so beautifully. Scheduling was quick and easy, Luke arrived on time (actually arrived early, after calling me to make sure it was OK) and I couldn't be happier. I also love that they are paperless, go green!
