One of our springs broke and the Precision tech, George did a great job explaining our options and the best approach for a long term solution. We ended up replacing both springs, all rollers and basically replacing all parts which over 12 years had worn away. Precision first caught my eye because they were 24/7. I would give my experience 5 stars to start with because Brian, my technician called me twice to let me know when he would be at my house in case I needed time in out. Then 5 more stars for standing in the pouring rain while fixing my garage door. He was polite, knowledgeable, and fast. I would recommend Precision to anyone in need of a new or repair to a garage door! Thank you.

Brian was here to fine tune the garage doors. new openers were put in recently, but the doors were not functioning smoothly. He did a nice update on everything. Doors open smoothly, and much more quietly.Very pleased. Called Bob, manager, already to let him know.

My tech, Mike, called to tell me he would be arriving in about 15 minutes. Upon arrival, Mike surveyed my garage door opener and suggested the way to go. I told him that I wanted a quiet sounding door opener from what I had. At first I was a little hesitant on changing the metal rollers, but when Mike showed me the problem with them and suggested the other rollers I changed my mind. Thank God he did because when he was done and he showed me the final results I was very pleased. Thank you Mike!!!
