A rep came to replace springs and cables on my garage door. They were prompt and called prior to arriving so I knew when to expect them. The work was done efficiently. A week or so after the work was completed I needed them to come back and tweek an issue with the way the door was closing. They were very pleasant and accommodating in scheduling the appointment and coming to service the door. A week later I had the same issue and again called to have them return. Again, they were very very professional in handling the appointment and making the arrangements to have a technician return. The point being, they never made me feel as if I were just a difficult customer. They approached the return trips as if it were their first visit. I understand that things don't always work out perfectly the first time so I appreciate the follow-up service even more. There's a lot to be said about getting the job done right - and that was the end result.

The technician called when he was on his way,identified himself,asked if he could come over,stated the expected time of arrival, and arrived as projected. On arriving, he introduced himself,asked the problem, and so began his analysis,and expert knowledge in solving the issues. He worked methodically,paid attention to every detail,completed the job,went through all data with us, asked for questions,cleaned up and we enjoyed a job well done.

I have used Precision for years, first to install the equipment and later to maintain the garage door opener. I was highly satisfied with the service I received with my last repair. The technician was thorough and explained the problem very clearly and to my satisfaction. The service is outstanding!

The technician, Kevin, visited my house in the allotted time frame and called twice to let me know the approximate time he'd arrive. He quickly assessed the situation and provided a reasonable solution and time frame to install the new door opener. The price may be a little high for someone willing to do the work themselves, but I'm happy with the quick installation (under an hour) and I wasn't about to repair the system myself. As long as the opener lasts a while, I am completely happy with how everything went.
