We recently had an issue with our garage door, called Precision, and George the tech was sent to our house. He was extremely thorough, straight forward, and knowledgeable. Just simply a great guy. I had to reach out to him with a couple of questions and he got back to me promptly. All said and done we ended up going with a new door. Precision, you have a great one here. The technician was terrific. He called an hour before he came to tell me he would be there. His work was terrific, and he spent a lot of time with me explaining what he did. He also explained to me that the motor would have to be replaced in the not too distant future. He also explained to me what warning signs to look for when the motor would have to be replaced. All of the moving parts to the door were replaced.

Called for service on my garage door. Door was not closing properly. The technician was here within 45 minutes of my call. When he got here, he introduced himself and we went over what my problem was. He checked out the reason the door was not closing. He quickly discovered the problem, explained what it was and gave me a quick estimate. Asked if he should proceed, given permission, and repaired it within an hour. Door working great now.
