My technician arrived on time. His qualifications were sent to me before he came. Our problem was immediately solved!! Only after I asked for him to check out a few things while he was here, he was able to suggest what might go wrong in a little while. I then opted to add an additional new battery, knowing full well it would add to the ost of service. The fact that he was able to make that decision was extremely comforting.

Technicians from Precision have come out to our home twice in the last couple of years to repair our aging door system. Making an appointment is simple and completely online (which is great, because I typically think about things like this on Sunday evening :-) The technicians have both been prompt and professional, and both times the technician did a few minor maintenance things without charging extra. The price for labor is reasonable and we are completely satisfied with the work. Thank you!

M. arc M came out here by himself and installed 2 replacement garage doors by himself. He came on time, was courteous, was clean and did a great job. He was finished and gone by 3;00 that afternoon. Precision answered their phone immediately . I had a Doc Appt and my car was stuck in my garage. I had a list of errands to complete. Call Precision, set up a SAME DAY appointment, lyft to Doc. When I returned I got a message that Tom was running a little late but was still in the window of time. Tom called a few min later to say he was on his way. Gave us three estimate, worked with our needs and got everything done in time for me to get my errands done. Bravo!

Christian Gutierrez from Precision Garage Doors provided us with same day service to fix our jammed 30-year-old garage door. He made it completely functional again. Only when prompted, did he also review replacement options with me by showing me each option that I was considering on his ipad, complete with a price and picture of the final look. He was patient and a good listener who translated ideas into quotes that optimized between price and looks. Overall - EXCELLENT service! We will definitely work with Precision garage Doors for our future garage door needs (and ask for Christian).

Dave, the service tech, was very courteous n professional..He clearly explained the problem with the sensor obstruction and reviewed the other recommended maintenance options, which we then authorized. He Would definitely recommend your firm to others…e also completed the work in a very timely manner..
