The repair work was quick and easy, and David Bryan was informative and polite, going over the options and estimated costs with me, allowing me to make the best choice for my situation and needs. I received an email the day before, with information about what to expect, and two calls the day of the appointment, along with an email and "tracker" to see where Mr. Bryan was.

Christian, the Precision tech who serviced my garage doors, was awesome! He called me numerous times to update me on his arrival time. While at my house he was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions! I used Precision Garage Door Service because I knew they were local and did good work. I needed a new garage door opener with a battery back up due to increasing frequency of brown outs at my condo. The technician also diagnosed some issues with a spring, roller and the cables, so I opted in for the best garage door opener they had and replacement of parts that needed it to head off any future problems. The tech had everything needed on his truck and all work was done in 1.5 hours. Money very well spent.

Brian Hallock did a fantastic job. He educated me on the overall problem, provided various quotes and described the work in a way I could easily understand. The results were first rate. More expensive than I had anticipated, but the quality of the parts and work made the investment worth it. Replaced all springs, roller, new key pad, new remote keys, cables, the works.

We had an excellent experience with Precision. After our garage door abruptly and rather dramatically stopped working last week, I called Precision and spoke with a very friendly and helpful woman, who was able to send someone out within a few hours. Christian was extremely professional and thorough, assessing our current system and offering detailed options for replacement (and was then very patient in repeating it all to my husband over the phone). He was even able to replace it all in the same day, expressing no qualms about staying for several hours, even into the evening. By the time he left, we knew we had a great new system that will be safe and reliable for years to come. We highly recommend Precision!

It was a really good experience. I had called in the evening after normal hours, around 6pm, but was able to connect and request for service. Hi: My recent experience with Precision Overhead was very pleasant. The tech, David Bryan arrived on time and listened to me explain the problem. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and proficient. He explained the proper solution and installed the necessary brackets. He also took the time explain other issues with the garage door that might occur in the future. I mentioned that I did not know how to open or shut the door manually and he took the time to show me (a few times) how to do so. David is an asset to Precision Overhead! I would recommend your company to my family and friends if needed. I was very satisfied with the entire process.

Christian G deserves a 5 star rating. He is very professional. He was very through repairing my garage door - it no longer pings when it closes. He checked both my garage doors and gave me information if I ever want to replace the motors that currently are over 20 years old. so far they are working ok) I am recommending precision garage doors and services to my friends neighbors and family. Christian G. is a great technician to have in your company. And thank you for all the updates to this appointment (times of arrivals) plus even giving information of who is coming to my house. (Photo and brief background information). That’s a great security feature during these times. Also your phone staff are fantastic too.
