Precision’s technician, Chris Karnacewicz installed a garage door opener for us recently and he was the most clear, concise and personable representative of a company that we’ve ever dealt with. He explained everything before the install and showed us how to work everything that was involved. He also mentioned he was moving to Georgia soon and continuing his work with Precision. Georgia customers will not be disappointed! Everything was clean and neat when he left. We wish him every success in his future with his move and Precision. This garage door company has a treasure in Chris!

I usually don't write reviews but wanted to recognize the amazing job - quick, efficient, communicative and courteous. Our garage’s tension wire and spring broke down. They sent me a text to confirm the same-day appointment, and actually came within an hour.! They texted me who is coming and gave me a call before arrival. John who serviced our door was very courteous and efficient. Quickly tool photos, showed an estimate, and replaced the tension coil and wire all within 2hrs. Garage back working in 3hrs end to end on a Sunday afternoon.! Kudos to Precision Door Service of Northern NJ and John Delpiu who serviced our garage. The best service response I had in years. Thanks again!

Matthew Dewald was right on time and was professional and personable in explaining our options for the needed garage door repair work. His problem solving skills became quickly apparent and we had him look at a non-motorized overhead cabana door as well. Thanks to Matthew's tireless efforts in figuring out the correct spring weights needed, we now have a door that moves easily and holds safely in place while open. We very much appreciate Matthew's outstanding work ethic and determination in solving our doors' needs. First of all let me say the I chose Precision because I have used them in the past and always completely satisfied. Yesterday was no exception, James the service tech diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He resolved the issue and was very personable. James explained everything that he was doing to me and offered three options regarding the problem. He went above and beyond in my opinion and as a matter of fact I would/will request him if/when I use Precision again in the future.
