As always, I was satisfied with the courtesy and professional response I received from Precision. This repair was more complex than I expected and Sean was able to explain the repair and possible problems I might have in the future with the operation of my present door. I opted for a new garage door and again Sean explained what choices I had. I am satisfied I made the right decision to replace my current door. Sean is an excellent technician and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs the service of Precision.

Excellent Service!! We had a problem when we woke up in the morning and we saw the Precision truck at a neighbor's house. They immediately came over to service us, and took time out of their already scheduled day to service us. They had all the supplies to fix the door and didn't use any chemicals or sprays to keep our home healthy per our request. Great team!!! 5 stars!

I found Precision because of a newspaper ad in The Star Ledger and a Money Mailer coupon. Your scheduling was prompt and the technician, Ferdinand K. was both personable and professional. He took time to explain our various options and costs and his installation was quick, efficient and neat. Taking the old opener away for no extra charge was an added bonus. We have been customers of Precision for many years. Today Ryan Patrick Murphy was the serviceman. Everything was so easy from making a convenient appointment to the text instructions introducing Ryan. He called ahead, was punctual, thoroughly explained what the door problem was and my options for fixing it. Before he left, Ryan cleaned up all the cartons and packing debris . He even saw a tiny screw and then took me through the instruction of my new system. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Our experience with Precision is one of the best experiences we've ever had with a contractor. From the patience of the customer service rep who scheduled us to the expertise of the installer, we cannot recommend Precision enough. Communication, capability, affordability and warranty (!!) are all part of the deal. Precision sent a photo and bio of installer with an ETA in advance of arrival so we knew who to expect. All vendors should do this. Their expert Alan arrived on time, provided a reasonable estimate of work and completed the job (on both a new belt opener install and an old chain opener repair) as promised. We are so pleased with our now fully functional garage that we'll not only return for service but we happily recommend Precision to friends and family. Thank you, Precision!

I have used Precision in past for a broken spring so when I had an issue with the garage door not fully opening I looked at their web page, like that they have a fully stocked truck, come out to service quickly, in my case 3 hours after I called. From rep handling my call to my service person, Kevin S were all friendly and courteous. So much that after Kevin completed his job and now late in day, I had a question, called Precision and they said they would have Kevin call me the next morning, and he did, again, very friendly and knowledgeable. Every thing about this company is top notch. I will say they are a bit expensive, but my emergency situation was handled the same day I called and to me it was all worth it.
