Tremendous service! Was in dire need of a repair to my garage door, which had slammed close & I could not open back up. You were able to get someone to fix it not too long after I had called. Ferdinand was friendly, polite, showed & explained what caused the issue & what had to be done to fix it. He was awesome! I would definitely recommend your business to anyone who needs a garage door repair!

Garage Torino spring snapped. Called next morning. I Was able to have an appointment that same day at noon. At 1030 received a phone call TK, who was very courteous , and asked if it’s ok to come earlier than the scheduled time. He arrived at the promised time. Explained the the fee. My options. Finished the job quickly and was on his way. Also very good about wearing a mask. Tk was a true professional.

Chris was terrific. He called to let me know he was running early and asked if I was okay with him showing up before the 2-6pm window. He showed up when he said he would, was masked & gloved, and took the time to explain everything to me. Very professional, would recommend.

Chris K. was the technician who installed the door for me. He was courteous, professional, and above all was observant of all the social distancing and health suggestions that are so necessary at this odd time in our nation's history (especially appreciated as I am in four different "at-risk" categories as a heart transplant recipient) . The new Lift Master opener works great and seems to be quite a high quality product. I was also impressed at how quickly the installation went. Chris even offered to chase after a neighbor's escaped dog for me (I didn't take him up on that). Thanks so much for a very pleasant experience.

When you are ready to leave the house and your garage door won't open (not even manually) it can become an urgent situation that needs attention ASAP. That was my situation. Exhausting all "friends" options for help, I turned to the internet and found this company. What a gem! From the initial phone call stating my dilemma to the time the service technician showed up it was nothing but high level service. The communication was incredible. Rather than being left wondering when the tech would arrive in the four hour window I was given, I received a call from customer service letting me know where the technician was in his scheduled routes and was provided with an updated ETA. The communication was proactive and made me feel valued. When the technician (Ryan) arrived (on time, I might add!) he was VERY professional and polite which just continued to reinforce that a random selection from the internet was proving to be a very positive decision!
