Setting the visit up was a breeze, even with a map tracking of the location of the technician’s truck before the visit. I liked the transparency and professionalism of the staff setting up the appointment. Mathew was very professional and fast, my door now is not stuck!

New garage door. Previous customer. Our technician Luke was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely empathetic to our situation and made recommendations based on our specific needs. He went above and beyond to assist us including getting approval for several discounts and for installing a safety latch on our broken garage door so we can have piece of mind that no one can get into the garage until the new door arrives.. Luke is a great representative and credit to your company. I would highly recommend Luke.

I was very pleased with Roberto's professionalism and intuitiveness. He came up with a solution in fixing the door sensor. He was clean, courteous and spoke to me before he started the job and then when he was finished he explained the cost of my bill (which I have to admit was higher than I anticipated). I would have no problem recommending Precision Door.

Wilmer Bucardo responded to a request for servicing a problematic plastic shield that wouldn't close securely. He arrived right on time, brought with him the correct replacement part, was perfectly polite and professional and met all of the COVID procedures. He not only replaced the part but also gave me a good tip on how to close the shield going forward.

Wow! This company, it’s administrative staff and the technician, Chris were all great! They came when they said they would and explained everything to me every step of the way. They cleaned up all the old hardware and hauled it away as well. Chris was so friendly and professional. The whole process was first rate and I truly could not be happier. The Precision Door Repair website left me feeling reassured I was dealing with experienced professionals. The same-day service and 4-hour repair guarantee clinched the deal. I appreciated the updates on the arrival time and liked the mini-biography provided to ensure the person at the door was legitimate, and to provide a little insight on the individual. Kevin Stasiak phoned ahead to indicate he was on his way and arrived on time. He was polite, professional, quick and efficient. He documented the repairs necessary (replacement of cables and spools), provided an estimate, made the repairs and gave advisements on parts that may require service in the future. All in an hour.
