We had 2 new garage doors & openers installed by Precision earlier this year. They have performed flawlessly & we've been completely happy with them. When one of the openers had a failure a few days ago, Precision was quick to schedule a repair at our convenience. The service technicians were knowledgeable, polite, friendly, etc., & the repair was completed quickly. This was a no-cost warranty repair, but I won't hesitate to call Precision if/when I need out-of-warranty service in the future.

We called for service for the circuit board replacement. Matt D. was courteous, called & advised when coming. He replaced the circuit board & unfortunately made slight mistake after installed which effected the motor. He explained what happened & he did right by us and replaced the motor at no additional cost to us. Matt wanted to make sure we we were satisfied and happy with the solution. We were pleased and would use Precision again as well as recommend their services.

Jackson kept me updated on his expected arrival time which I really appreciate. He assessed my concern and provided a helpful recommendation that did not require any adjustment to my garage door nor opener repair. (There is no appropriate option on the "Service Provided" menu for my situation so I selected garage door opener repair in order to submit my review.)

I have used Precision many times over the last 15 years and I am always satisfied with their service. They stand by their work and always do a great job. Matt was the technician who helped me most recently and he was very pleasant and patient with me, taking time to explain everything he was going to do. This company was everything they stated they we're. Tech called with a time and was on time. Glen explained what was wrong and what was recommended and needed to complete the repair. Glens knowledge and know how repaired my springs, cable and rollers in just over an hour. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them

The call to Precision Garage for service was handled by a professional staff member. The appointment was quick to secure and the technician name Luke was great in his knowledge of the company products. He was not pushy. He laid out your options patiencely waiting for you to make the decision BEST for you doing the service call. His work performance in completing the task at hand, New rollers, springs etc were well done. I did initially, purchase my door from Precision Garage and their service was, also great.
