I am not pleased with the final results from the two visits from Precision. The door movements continues to frequently jerk to a start of motion and a second door continues to sporatically "catch" as it rolls through the path in the track. After a silencing call for the door to glide quietly up and down and to start its movement with a controlled quiet movement not a BANG and a sudden movement. At this point in time, I cannot recommend Precision for additionn work on my other garage doors or to others. (fellow landlords)

Michael, I'm sorry you are not satisfied. I appreciate your feedback. I want to make this situation right but it is going to require additional work that you were not willing to do on our initial visit. Service: New garage door opener installed Adam is extremely personable,professional and knowledgeable! He established the tone of the appointment by contacting me on the morning of my appointment to let me know his anticipated arrival time. When assessing the original garage door opener, he indicated the possible options and we discussed which option was the most viable and economical. He completed the job, explained features of the new garage door opener and gave me all the documentation. I will definitely recommend Precision.

Service was great! Our garage broke late one night and by noon the next day we had new pulley systems installed in two of the three doors. Technician took his time explaining the problem, solution and the warranty. Very happy with the service!
