Anthony came as scheduled & explained our options for new garage doors. He was friendly & professional. He was also kind enough to go back to the showroom & return a short while later with an actual sample of the garage door color we were considering. On the day of installation, Chris arrived as scheduled & did a neat & excellent job. Even though our new garage doors were delayed in production from the original time frame of 3 weeks, it was worth the wait since the medium wood-grain color matches our house. It was also a pleasure dealing with Teresa in the office.

We enjoy our new garage doors. The workmanship is great and the installation team (Kenny and Gerard) did a great job. Very professional. They are an asset to your business. However, the LiftMaster doors openers are another issue. They are a disappointment in my mind. They have an engineering defect in that they do not work with your car's HomeLink. They need an additional repeater device attached in order for your car's HomeLink to work with the door opener. Apparently, at LiftMaster they have bozo engineers that crafted a new 2.0 security code that will not work with the standard that all car manufactures use. Thus, the repeater interface. Along with this terrible design, you need to press the HomeLink Key in your car for up to 5 seconds before the door responds. If at all. And finally, the lift device does not have any outlet installed to plug in the repeater. Use another brand of Garage Door Opener.

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job. However,the prices of some of the work was very expensive. The cost to install cables was XXX dollars. To me that is very expensive when the technician was already at your house. I can understand the price, if he came here specifically to change cables. Needless to say I will not be using precision again and I will not recommend

I hear your concern. Please be assured that our prices, while not the cheapest in the industry, give us the ability to provide you with the best trained and supplied technicians in the industry. We show up with a fully stocked truck, fully insured, background checked and drug screened. All these things cost money. I can only hope that the next company you call takes as much pride in who they send, how they send them and what they send them with.

Ron is a very nice person my daughter may need service soon I told her to ask for him.

Our 2 garage doors were giving us a problem. One wouldn't stay closed and the other wouldn't open when car button was pushed. Our original door Co. was out of business and we took the name from yellow pages. We were very happy. They came when they said and the technician was very personable and fixed our problems right away. We will definitely call on them again when we need service.

I was told the service call would be 69.00 plus parts.I did not need any parts but i did need an adjustment.I was then charged 69.00 plus a labor rate of 85.00.I was never told about this.Although the service was very good, felt like I was mislead on the cost of the service call.I might not call again because of this.

Dear Mr Finnerty, Thank you for reviewing our business. I'm sorry for the confusion. We do have a service charge for coming out to your house of 69 dollars. It is charged to help cover the high cost of sending a qualified technician to your home. For that 69 dollars he will do a 18 point written safety inspection, tighten all loose hardware and lubricate the door. Normally we will then give a written quote to replace parts that are broken. The price we give you for the parts is an installed price. We don't have an additional labor cost. In your case because no new parts were needed to fix the problem a labor charge was necessary. We need to be more clear on the phone so you are not surprised in person. As a token of faith I would like to offer you a free service call in the future. Just tell the office about this review. I had service for the second time in 9 years and Precision is still a great company to do business with. Anthony was the technician this time and my wife and I found him friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. I would trust Precision with any work and advice they would give me concerning my garage doors including repair and replacement.

The Technician was so nice and helpful. He installed new remotes, added a keypad, and reset four cars to sync with the new remotes. He showed me how to sync everything for the car that wasn't home (as well as for the car with a dead battery). He came when you said he would and he called first to say he was on the way. Great job, would definitely use you again and would be happy to recommend your company!

Technician arrived on time. I only needed cables and pulleys changed for one garage door. The technician was quick and efficient. Can be pricey if you need more work done but the service quality provided is very good and professional.

Anthony from Precision came to my house to repair my garage door spring the same day I called. He did a full tune up and replaced by springs, cables and rollers. Anthony did a great job explaining what he was doing and discuss the lifetime warranty on the parts. I had called another garage door company in the morning prior to calling Precision and they could not come out the same day and told me to call Precision. I was very impressed with the service and would highly recommend the company. I was surprised by the cost, but the service was great and Anthony did an impressive job.
