I used Precision many years ago (2004) I believe. Since that time, I needed new remotes (2011) and got great service. Appt was made, rep (named Scott) arrived on schedule, completed the work and was neat. This time (2012)the garage door would not open. Rep arrived early (Mark) reviewed everything, realized it was due to circuit breaker and fixed it. Also required new batteries which he installed in a short period of time. Staff is efficient and pleasant. Would recommend Precision anytime.

I CALLED FOR SERVICE AT 4:00 a.m. and was greeted by a pleasant human voice! I made an appointment, & the technician came when they said he would. From beginning to end, they were courteous, respectful and did a wonderful repair job. Price for repair was completely fair. All in all, a completely painless experience.

Greatly appreciated the technicians help in getting my keypad and remote to open and close the garage door. Particularly now that the garage door stays closed. Weekend service is especially valuable. If I need assistance again I will call Precision.

A little confusion regarding the time frame. Gal who made the appointment said 8:00 AM - 12:00 pm The confirming e-mail said 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM Marc called at about 11:45 and apologized because he was running late and would be here in 45 minutes. Fine with me, because of the e-mail I wasn't worried.

I had my install done today-I chose Precision because they had 24/7 service, had real people answering the phone and were able to get the job done within a day. Marc called and let me know when he was on his way which I always appreciate. He was professional, courteous, and explained the different openers.He swept the garage when the job was complete and answered any questions I had after install. These small things let you know the company cares about the job they do.

Myself and my family recently had the Liftmaster Opener and the cables and pulleys installed on our 2nd garage door by Marc. I usiually do research before I choose a Contractor for any work. I select the ones which are accredited with the BBB and by customer reviews. Although Precision's quote was more expensive than other Contractors, we were impressed by the quality of service provided by Marc. Marc was very polite, courteous and explained everything in detail on how to operate the garage door. Marc came on the 2nd occassion and was timely, punctual and very helpful. I wish all Contractors are as polite, knowledgeable and helpful as Marc. GOOD JOB, MARC and KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. Good Luck with your future plans!

I had a situation where my garage door motor was malfunctioning. Turns out I needed a new motor and belt. Mark was very courteous and thorough in explaining my options. He also completed the effort within two hours. The new motor in a notch up from my previous motor and my family is happy with its performance.
