I thought everyone from your salesperson to the technicians were very professional, courteous and friendly and went beyond where they needed to be helpful. Because I didnt have the appropriate siding on my garage, you had to come back a second time to install the molding ( and bring a battery pack that wasn't included), but the technician after leaving my house called to tell me there was a contractor down the street who could probably do the work very easily and wanted to save the step for me having to search for someone. The doors look very nice..

Your sales rep was great and the guy who installed the doors was very nice but left cigarette butts, a Ton of screws and other little metal pieces from the installation all over the ground, is pieces of glass from Our old windows in the garage doors, and pieces of wood from the old doors- all over the ground.

Michael Ganning was the Precision Door Service representative who visited us today. Prior to meeting with Mike, we were undecided as to whether we would have our existing door opener repaired or if we would replace the opener as well as the door. I saw your advertisement on the Internet and saw that you were approved by the Better Business Bureau. The service performed was an installation of a garage door opener on a very old garage door. The old motor was completely burned out. The Customer Service Manage Vincent, returned my call promptly and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. My wife and I were impressed by Mike's professionalism and corteous manner. We are also extremely satisfied with the excellent quality of his workmanship. The garage door works perfectly now. We love the lock and all of the safety features. The remote controls are really convenient and effective. Another service that I called prior to seeing your advertisement informed us that they could not fix the door. But your technician could and did fix it. We definitely give your company five stars!
