Precision has serviced our garage doors this year. They respond quickly and completely, sending excellent technicians. A cable shredded on one of our doors. Gaetano arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, and did it. He answered any questions we had. We are thinking of getting new doors. Gaetano's answers were not a sales pitch, just informative. We are grateful for that and will get new doors this spring.

Great service! The installers showed up well within the scheduled time block. Very courteous, professional and thorough. Door and motor installation went quickly even though temperature was in low 30's. The guys took the time to explain install in detail and went over all features very carefully. Precision Door is one of those companies that actually delivers on expectation. I have had some bad experience with companies that send sales people to the house...high pressure..sign now...none of that with Precision. Ricky, the sales person, couldn't have been more helpful while walking me through choices..he's great at his job. Then Rodrigo showed up to install..within the promised time line and made fast work of the installation. He, also, was very experienced and polite, easy to talk with. He had to reschedule a follow-up appointment to complete a small task, and again, both he and the company delivered on their promise. I highly reccommend Precision Door...they have a really good business model..hire high quality people to deliver their high quality products and services.
