It was a pleasure dealing with Precision for our garage door needs compared to other service providers these days. Our technician, Vince, was very polite, informative and easy to understand. Even though it was more costly than expected, I would highly recommend using Precision for all future needs.

We needed a new garage door opener when our current one failed. Vincent D. was our tech. He explained what we needed and was friendly and professional. When we needed additional service a few weeks later (the door did not come down all the way) he came back to fix it. I have used this company twice, for 2 different garage doors. Both techs were knowledgable and friendly. I think they are a little pricey but they are reliable and prompt. Their product is grade A (Liftmaster ) and in this case you get what you pay for.

Quick to get an appointment. Service call due to the door sticking. New rollers were put in. Did not take much time. The Tech was fine. New garage opener was put in last year by this organization. The only negative was I had to call for this opportunity to write a review. I never received an e-mail and the tech told me I would. It was not his fault.

We have used Precision in the past and were happy with the service and results. This time I got next day service (Sears expected me to wait 5 days, even though my remote would not open the door). The repairman was great-Vincent. He explained everything (new remote, replace coils, and install a new remote panel on the garage door jamb)in detail and patiently answered all my questions.

We are very happy with how smoothly new opener and repaired doors work. The technician came on time and explained the problems clearly. We had been told by someone else that we would need to replace the doors but Vince just repaired only where needed so we did not spend on what we didn't really need.
