I am more than pleased with my new garage door, installed by Precision Doors. From the first phone call Vince went out of his way to answer all our questions. We were dealing with insurance companies, as our garage was damaged as a result of Hurricane Irene, and Vince got us the estimates we needed within days. The installers, Jorge and Zsolt, did an amazing job of incorporating new framing on an older, free-standing garage. And Vince was nice enough to stop by during installation to make sure things were A-OK. The door looks great, and is so easy to operate. Five Star rating, without a doubt, and I would certainly not hesitate to recommend Precision Doors. (Shared Review)

I selected Precision because of the quality of the product. When compared to other competitors the Elite was far superior in its manufacture and insulation rating. It was a pleasure dealing with the area manager (who took the time to fully describe the product without pressuring me to make a final purchase decision at the time), the installer and scheduling staff. My only disappointment was that the new door came with the incorrect window panel. I think that should have been checked and identified before arriving at my home. However the staff took immediate action to resolve the error and have the correct panel installed in a timely manner.(Shared Review)

We had our old garage door replaced with a new door, an opener, remotes, keypad and safety device. Prior to installation we had a very cold bedroom over the garage which I can see already is warmer due to the garage being warmer because of the insulated door. Yay! Vince came for the initial visit and was very informative as well as professional. The installers did a great job and were on time and we even received a confirmation call the day before the installation. I wanted to share the experience I had with Precision. A friend highly recommended your company. I received a call back from Vince D. He was very helpful on the phone. I was a nervous wreck thinking new doors were really going to put us in some debt. Vince eased my mind. He came here and explained the whole process and showed me samples. Very patiently he answered all my questions. You installers were were kind and I must say I was impressed that Vince popped by to check on the installation as he said he would.
