When my opener malfunctioned, I called the manufacturer and was given your company based on location. I assumed that all I needed was a repair of the motor. When Anthony came for the service call and recommended a new motor and two redoâ??s of two garage doors, I would have assumed that he was working just on comission and just selling something that I did not need. However, he mentioned his credentials and was totally believable. He was courteous, efficient and immaculate. I am so happy with his representation of hyour company. I give him an A plus. Rebuild (new springs, rollers, pulleys, cables). Tech was curteous, extremely knowledgeable and explained things clearly. Worked quickly and was very thorough. Very pleased with the young man’s work. Thanx.

I was pleased with Anthony. He surveyed the entire door and did the oiling that was required. He did have to try about 3 openers before one worked. When i called in the repair I should have been asked more questions so Anthony could have had the correct unit . But overall, I’m satisfied.

My experience was wonderful! ANthony and Dave called to say they were on their way and showed up within the time frame that your company had given me. They replaced my garage door opener. They were very pleasant and professional. I would definitely use your company again. Any repairs to my home are always very challenging because it is a 90 year old tudor style home. Anthony and Dave did what they had to do without complaining or whining about how hard the job is. They were great!

i had my door repaired on 12-12-08. i was very pleased with the service provided. anthony explained all my options very thoroughly and the proceeded to do the job in a very professional manner. he was also training someone on the job and they both worked well together. they both must be commended for their communication skills.

The service was performed as expected. The new garage door opener was installed together with appropriate hardware(pulleys, rollers, etc). The tech was there in timely manner. On the scale of 0 - 5 I would rate his service as 5.
