We were very pleased with the quality of the work. We were also happy that he was able to fix our current door and did not suggest putting on a new one, which would have been much more costly The technician came and did the repair in one afternoon. The only reason we gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that the price did seem to be a little high for the repair, but we are happy with the work.

Bobbie was terrific......very helpful, knowledgable, personable and professional. He is a real asset to your organization. While we did not install new "rollers" etc. at this time, we love our new openers and battery back up keypad. Bobbie was very helpful in showing us what to do, re-checking his installation etc. etc. We would definintely use your service again, would recommend it and told my son, who recommended you, what a good service it was and what a good experience we had. Your organization truly seems to understand the concept of customer service and quality!!!......having retired from a service business, I understand how important customer service and satisfaction are, and do not understand why so many companies/organizations do not seem to care in the way your organization does! We recently had three beautiful carriage house style garage doors installed by Precision. Since we're still under construction, one of the workers accidently knocked the safety eye sensor off the track and the garage door opener would not close or open automatically. It was after hours but Kelly, a manager called me back and offered to have a repairman out to my house within an hour. I politely declined as I had managed to close the door manually and indicated if they could schedule a service the next day (Friday) I would appreciate it as we didn't wish to go through the weekend with a manual operation nor have the door close accidentally given that we have 4 year old twins. The repairmen arrived Friday afternoon within the time window indicated and repaired the sensor rather efficiently, explained the situation and were very well mannered and professional. I am extremely pleased with the installation as well as the service call response.
