Excellent Service!! It was a great experience! Bob was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He provided several options and we ultimately went with a more powerful 3/4 HP opener instead of replacing the old 1/2 HP opener which was obviously stressed due to the angle of the existing setup and weight of the door. Cost a little more but it's obvious that it was the right choice. We are very pleased with the purchase and installation and would highly recommend Precision Doors to anyone in the area. I am very pleased with the prompt, efficient service you provided. I needed a new battery, and was mislead by your video on how easy it is to install. I am glad I called. This was not a homeowner's project. Nuts were tightened, and sensor adjusted as well. I now have a good battery, firm garage door, and a new keypad! Thanks for good service.
