Communicate issue! I am deaf, Anthony came to my house look around and wrote the paper to explained to me what my garage door is having problem with structor is weaken. He suggest to replace new one. I accept but I talked to him he doesn't understand me. I have to write back n forth. He should learn how to communicate to the deaf people needs. Any comments! THANKS!

From start to finish everyone I spoke to was very professional and pleasant. Their service what right at the time they said they would be there, no waiting around and wasting a day. The work I needed was done very quickly and durable however, expensive. Two springs, four cables same town repair $380.00?? WOW.

Bob was very professional and clearly explained what the problems were in addition to my broken spring and what the repair options were. He efficiently fixed the issues with both garage doors and installed a new opener on one of them. I am completely satisfied with the work he did and love the way the doors now work. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating is the price, as it seems a bit high.

Service was prompt - same day was appreciated. Technician was pleasant and skillful. I was a little taken aback to spend XXX for a new garage door opener when I thought the job was going to be a repair. Clearly the new opener is excellent quality and works well. Surprising to me was to receive a "Moneymailer" discount offer in the mail two days later. I am hopeful to obtain a discount based on the coupon or at least a Senior Citizen Discount as mentioned in the the mailer which was not offered by the technician.

Service within 24 hours......had old doors still in good shape but not working very well. Now the doors are working better than they did when we moved into our new home..25 years ago. I learned about Precision thru a mailer I recently received. I am sometimes wary of the companies in these ads so I did a web search to find out more about Precision. Bob was very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. He did a very good job repairing our garage door on the same day that I called.

Bob did the excellent job to install the garage door opener, control console and wireless keypad entry system and explained to me how each unit works and how I can do the basic maintenance myself. Overall the work was professionally and neatly done. Only complaint I have is the price quote for part + labor is a little bit more than I expected. Other than that, I am pretty happy with the whole experience.
