Your Tech was supposed to come between 12 P & 4 P. He called me around 10:20 AM to ask if he could come early & of course I said Yes!! It was George Miranda. He was so pleasant, polite & very knowledgeable about what he had to do & answering my questions. I am very, very pleased with him, and your company in general.
