I called Precision because I needed a new keypad for my garage door. They were able to come the same day between 2 & 6 PM. Luke showed up, he actually called and came a little early. Jack was here today at my home and his courteous and helpful nature would make me return again. Jackson Scutt reviewed the problem with me, explaining the choices I had, and cautioning me about not making unnecessary repairs, considering the circumstances such as the age, quality and condition of the garage door system, my plans for the future of the door, the rate of its use, etc. The repairs were completed efficiently, all systems were tested thoroughly, and the relevant warranty policies were explained to my satisfaction before Mr. Scutt left.
