Garage door opener repair that wound up being worse than anticipated. Decided to replace opener due to age and most of the hardware since that was the culprit for opener failure. Kyle worked diligently and got the job done. They may charge more than some places, but they warrantied everything for life, so you may not need to buy another one ever again.

The two technicians were extremely professional had complete knowledge of every function of the garage doors. Explained in detail what needed replacement and why. Explained the difference in quality of the parts versus lesser quality parts and guarantee. Some may complain that the costs are too high but considering the cost of training and professional business expenses to give quality service the expense is a insurance policy with excellent service. I had a garage door that would not go up. I had installed a new system a couple of years through Precision and was very happy with it. Unfortunately, the original poor quality spring was 16 years old and decided to break in the middle. Kyle installed a good quality spring and gave me a lifetime guarantee. I have not been disappointed with the quality of the product or service.

Thanks Kathleen for your feedback When we sell new garage doors to our customers we typically recommend to to upgrade the hardware ( springs cables, pulleys, rollers etc) Sometimes its hard to make a customer realize that the news parts are not made to last.
