Mike provided exceptionally competent and courteous service to our Newark home. He performed two garage door rebuilds, reducing the noise of the doors considerably. I had reviewed the website, like the fact that the technicians are certified. The prior installer had been contracted by the home builder and had made an error in judging the spring weights, possibly contributing to our problem. We will also enjoy the life-time warranty. Our garage door spring broke and the company was able to send a repair technician to us by the next morning at 9 a.m. Mike Ganning was pleasant and knowledgable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and laid out our options w/ prices. He recommended a rebuild of our garage door. He also looked at our garage door lifter motor and felt that it had limited life left. He negotiated a discount for replacing the garage door lifter. While the repair cost more than we expected and hoped, we feel that Mike did an excellent job and left us with a garage door system that will last us another 10 years without worries. He was very pleasant and represented Precision in a very positive light. I would happily call Precision and/or Mike in the future if I have any other garage door problems.

The day started out lousy just knowing I was going to have to spend money on a repair or worse yet a new opener. I read your ad in the yellow pages and it stood out. Mike came in explained the problem never tried to push your product laid it out, clear and concise and let me take the time to make a decision. This guy is incredible I wish I had a company Iâ??d hire him in a minute. This is exactly what America is lacking today in business from the people to the service.
