Precision Doors primary business is garage door service and installation but ultimately they are in the customer service business and the way they conduct themselves proves this. My appointment was set for 8-12. At 8:22 AM, Pete (the technician) called me to let me know he was on his way and would be here by 9. Gave us good advise as to what we actually needed replaced and I feel didn't try to oversell products we didn't need. He gave us an itemized quote before work begun and even told us where to go for coupons. I hope I don't need any more new garage work but if I do Precision is the one I will call.
