He really went out of his way to do a great job. At every step of the way, Pete was courteous and explained everything he needed to do, told me my options and let me decide how to proceed. Even though it certainly wasn't cheap, I would highly recommend Precision, as well.

Peet did a great job. Called before the appointment, was on time and friendly. He quickly fixed the bolts that had pulled out of the door with a new bracket and everything works well. This is the second time I have used Precision and I would recommend their services. When I called on Saturday to ask for service, the agent responded with my name as they kept good records of my details per my mobile phone number. The whole thing started well and ended well. Credit guys.

Precision responded to my home and installed a new garage door opener, belt drive, remotes and keypad. The installer arrived when scheduled. The installer explained everything he was going to do. After he installed the new garage door, he programmed the remotes and keypad. He even programed my wife's car to opened the garage door. The installer was very professional and I would recommend Precision to my family and friends.

I had Pete O as my service tech. He installed a new Garage Door Opener and showed me some other things that were wrong with my garage doors. I wondered why they seemed noisy? Bad rollers. Nice and quite now and I learned never to use WD-40 on the rollers and springs. Use silicone spray instead. Good service call with a great technician. Joe

Four years ago, I hired Precision to do a complete overhaul of my garage door. Everything has been perfect until recently, when we began having trouble with our key pad. I called the company about the problem and two days later a technician was at my door for our appointment. He was on time, friendly, and not only fixed the problem, but gave everything else a check while he was there. I was very pleased with the service. There was no charge for the excellent service as the warranty was still in effect.

We chose Precision because the name came up when we looked for the original installer, Overhead Door. A big plus was that you sent someone out on Sunday. Our garage door repair included replacing and various moving parts. The technician, P. Orlando, was competent and professional. His manner was friendly. He answered all questions and explained what he was going to do and why. We see competence in how the company is run. The service was most satisfactory; we recommended Precision to a friend. I chose Precision TODAY because I was speaking to my neighbors over the weekend and they told me they had called and made an appt for one of your service people to come today and fix -- replace -- I believe, their door. Their door was BROKEN. My door wasn't broken but it was SO NOISY that when I got home late, I didn't even put my car in the garage, the door made so much noise . . . and I went into my house via the front door. So I decided to speak to your guy, Pete, while he was at my neighbors. It turned out he had time to check and fix my door as well today. He was professional, friendly, explained what the problem was, offered options to address it, I chose the option, he was able to do it, and was done -- no time wasted. I was very impressed with Pete's professionalism, knowledge and willingness to share information . . . not to mention that the door is now so quiet, I can barely hear it in motion. Dealing with Precision Door was a complete pleasure. My call for service was scheduled very quickly and easily. My technician, Peter Orlando, called me to advise he would arrive in about 20 minutes and he was right on time. After inspection, he gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and offered three options. The installation of my new opener was completed in a very timely fashion and Peter again took his time to explain everything to me. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I just wanted to say that Pete O was an excellent service man. He was not only on time but he presented as sure of himself, and educated in his work. He was safe, and clean, and knew how to clearly explain the workings of the door, the key pad, and troubleshooting. In retrospect, I only wish I had taken photos of the smashed in garage door prior to him removing it for insurance purposes. He was not at fault for that... I should have done that on my own. --- but was still frazzled by the whole event of my neighbor driving into my garage door, and car within. Pete made a frightening, upsetting situation into something of the past in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Precision garage door to others- if needed.

The technician called me to let me know that their previous call was running longer than expected (although well within their time window for my appointment) and let me know when he would be arriving.
