Bob and Rich came to fix our garage door. Bob immediately started explaining what was wrong and what had to be done. They got right to work and the job didn't seem to take long at all. about a year and a half ago we had a new door installed. a quality affordable door that is excellant. at the time of install the old opener was in question..the tech said we would be ok for a little more time. on 3-02-13 we had it replaced by a very good tech by the name of rich.excellant service again...service, product,honesty...THIS COMPANY CAN NOT BEAT!

Your service almost didn't happen. I'm glad it did because the serviceman who finally showed up, Rich, was great. He was very honest and told me my options. I had scheduled this a few days ago and was supposed to have Scott arrive between 8 and noon. No one showed up and no one called. An hour later I called and was told someone else, Vinny, would be coming shortly. AGAIN no one showed up and no one called. I called again and was told Vinny was running late & would I like to reschedule. Honestly? I took time off from work to be home for this repair and now nobody was available - and your Web site says emergency service available. This made no sense and so I called another company. That was when Rich showed up (without having called me). Had the other company called me back I would've sent him away. He did try to apologize and make amends, all to his credit and now I am very satisfied. With all this tho, do you think I'd recommend your company to others?
