My name is Ron Affilito, I lived in Morris County for the past 34yrs. I attended classes at Bergen Community College and obtained my N.J. Residential Building Inspectors Liscense. I am married and have 3 children, Stephanie, Kayla and Ryan. I enjoy spending time, at the Jersey Shore, with my family. Some of my hobbies are Mountain Biking and Cycling,while doing so, I raise money for charities. I look forward to going to work each day, putting on my Precision badge and meeting new people.

My gargage door was malfunctioning and I had to manually open and close the door. I found Precision on website and read the great reviews. Ron, my Service Technician came to my home one day after the call was made. I can only say positive things about Precision. Firstly, Ron spoke "layman" and I knew what he was saying was true. He completed the work in the time he said he would. This installation was conducted while I was at work and I did not need to be home when he came. The job was phenomenal. Cost is comparable to others. Very neat. Highly recommend this company. Very reliable!

Not particularly. I searched the internet and the reviews were very good, so i went with Precision. The service was excellent and Ron finished in a timely fashion, as promised. The only negative, small one, - he was a bit pushy on the sales side. I didn't want to spend that much and he tried pushing more than i really wanted. When I declined he backed off. Thanks

Technician pleasant and polite; however, overwhelmed with a sense that he was a salesman and not truly willing to offer a repair solution. Seriously doubtful if I will rely upon Precision again - prices unreasonable in comparison to competitor.

Susannah, I appreciate your input. Our technician Ron recommended replacement of the Garage door opener because you were experiencing intermittent problems with the existing opener. Yes we can try replacing circuit boards and that may fix the problem or it could reoccur again. There is no doubt that replacing the opener is more costly. The benefit is you know it will work. In retrospect if we were to do this again we would probably recommend the same thing again. Sorry we were not able to help you. Best wishes.
