My name is Ron Affilito, I lived in Morris County for the past 34yrs. I attended classes at Bergen Community College and obtained my N.J. Residential Building Inspectors Liscense. I am married and have 3 children, Stephanie, Kayla and Ryan. I enjoy spending time, at the Jersey Shore, with my family. Some of my hobbies are Mountain Biking and Cycling,while doing so, I raise money for charities. I look forward to going to work each day, putting on my Precision badge and meeting new people.

What a nice way to start my day! Ron called before arriving right on time, examined my garage door, and explained the situation in great detail. He was extremely professional, very well mannered, and exceptionally neat. I found Precision online, and read the reviews from the residents in my town. Ron showed up at the scheduled time and was very professional. He installed the garage door opener I had already purchased and replaced a few of the DIY parts that came with the opener with the sturdier professional parts that he had on the truck. Everything was done in a couple of hours and went without a hitch. I would not hesitate to call Precision for any future work on the garage doors.

Service technician called 1hr before arrival and arrived on time. Service was clean, fast and complete. My 2 star rating is because fee for service was very high when compared to amount of labor time required. Had I known the job would only take about 1 hour to complete, I would have declined the service based on the price.

We needed a repair on the key pad used to open the garage door as it was malfunctioning. Ron the service rep was fanastic, knowledgable and very professional. Precision Door had installed our opener as well as the door a number of years ago and we are always pleased with their products and services. We have referred them to our friends and will continue to use them in the future.
