Prompt service. Took time in explaining my door problem and we choose to replace the door. Informative, kind and took all the time needed with me to select our new door. Extremely satisfied with Precision. Would recommend Precision to anyone in need of service. Ron A. first came out to inspect our problem. Not worth fixing so we purchased the new door with a new garage door opener. 2 weeks later our new door arrived and Zsolt was our installer. We got the info for Precision from an internet search and today we had a full rebuild package on our garage door. Ron A was our repairman and was extremely professional and very nice. He related to us personally and was not pushy about what we should do regarding the repair of the door. I won't be calling on you again. While I think the work was done properly and the technician was polite and knowledgable, I don't think I was given an upfront overall estimate of the complete service that was probably needed. So in the end I got a partial job and I'll have to call someone else in the near future. I also don't think I received the AAA discount that I specifically mentioned when I scheduled the appointment. Hours after the technician left I found that he had left the garage door open.

Justin and Ron arrived promptly. They were courteous and competent. They did the trouble-shooting methodically, isolating and indentifying the problem in short order. They explained my options, including trying to trick me into an expensive ($xxx) overhaul of the entire system (which I am sure they are required to do by management!) Peter, I would like to thank you for your feedback and I am happy you liked the techs and the job they performed for you. I wanted to comment on your remark about rebuilding your door. You are correct when stating that management supports this position. We believe the best way to fix a door long term so you never have to deal with it again is to rebuild it. Whatâ??s more is that we are willing to put our money where our mouth is by guaranteeing it for as long as you own the home. If you are moving out of the house this might not be a fit for you.
