You installed openers on our two garage doors about four years ago. We selected you from the Yellow Pages when we looked for a Liftmaster installer/servicer. One of our openers has a battery backup and that battery needed replacement (beeping periodically). The openers also needed lubrication. Your servicer technician arrived early, made the necessary repairs quickly and was courteous and helpful throughout.

Lisa, we are so sorry to disappoint you. We really broke down in two ways. First I realize how frustrating it is to have a repair fail and potentially have to take another day off of work. Second, we did not get back to you in 24 hours. I know we have solved the problem now but that still doesn't ease the frustration. I am going to discount your service as a token of our appreciation. Scott McDoanld did a great job installing a keypad and doing routine maintenance. Had everything he needed right on the truck and completed the work very quickly and efficiently. I have used Precision in the past have always been happy. Many years ago used a couple of independent garage repair guys and felt that i got ripped off. Not so with Precision. Have always been happy with them and would recommend to everyone.

Scott M. was great. He explained everything thoroughly about the broken spring and made some suggestions re: wheels, made sure he had the proper size spring for the weight of our door and made the repairs needed to get the door working perfectly again. The spring broke this morning and the technician was at our home in 2 hours to repair it. Great service, great knowledgeable technician.

Scott McDonald was our technician. He was wonderful! He fixed the problem right away and then took the time to explain what had happened and how we could fix it ourselves if it occurred again. The sensor eye was not aligning properly. He lubricated the garage door opener and it now works so smoothly and quietly. What a courteous young man! In our day and age, I rarely find someone so friendly, knowledgable, and polite. Our two dogs even liked him. I would have no trouble using or recommending Precision Door service and telling everyone to be sure and ask for Scott McDonald!

After reading all the positive comments from people in my neighborhood, I called Precision. The representative was courteous and informed. They confirmed the appointment via phone and email. The day of the appointment repairman Scott called me on approach with a specific ETA. Scott M was friendly, informed and thorough in his analysis of the problem. He made recommendations and patiently responded to any question I had. He worked quickly, efficiently and solved the problem with my door. He examined the entire operation of the door to ensure the entire door's safety. He cleand up after himself and left my garage as he found it. He gave me an entirely reasonable bill, explained all warranties, provided helpful information. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door service. I even called some of my friends who are contractors to let them know, if they need garage door installation, repair or other servicing, they would do themselves a favor by using Precision. Scott (and Kyle) were great. They rang before arriving and asked about the problem so they were prepared. They diagnosed within 10mins and went about it. Unfortunately after fixing the first problem they then discovered the secondary and more prevalent problem (a shorting safety eye). While they did take a while and they called for backup, both of them were professional throughout - explaining what was happening and why and they both were personable and thorough.
