When I needed repairs to my garage door openers, I had no idea where to go. (Don't use Angie's list!) So I let my fingers do the walking through the Yellow Pages. I chose Precision because of their ad primarily and was incredibly glad I did. Their receptionist was simply sweet and scheduled my appointment quickly and conveniently for me. Scott B , the technician, called me beforehand to let me know he was running a bit early and asked if coming early was okay with me. When he got to my home he was truly a gentleman, moving aside to let me go by, cleaning his feet coming into the door, etc. He respected my home and me! He answered any questions I had and offered suggestions to meet my needs. I love Precision and would recommend you to my friends and family.

good service. but still had to wait 1 full day to get garage door fix. on the truck it says 2 hour service, that should be deleted. SCOTT was good tech. fix the door and explain what he was doing. I ask about rubber under the door, THAT WAS CUT SHORT BY ANOTHER TECH IF HE COULD FIX IT HE CALL THE OFFICE AND SAID THERE IS ONLY 90 DAY WARRENTY, I THINK IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CORRECTED. IT WENT UNNOTICED UNTIL THIS DOOR NEED IT TO BE SERVICED. MAYBE I SHOULD HAVE ASK FOR THE OWNER OF COMPANY!!

Henry. Thank you for your review. You are right when you say we advertise same day response. Unfortunately we we not able to comply due to employee health issues. When we miss this commitment we will waive our service call. I am refunding this to you via mail. The rubber on the bottom of the door only has a 90 day warranteebecause animals can chew through it. I had called the company because my door was not opening and closing. I had Scott come to my home after inspecting the problem he recommended that a new garage door opener be purchased as our other unit was 12 years old. He showed me that the springs had some wear and if the sensors had been replaced (which I said was not the case) it would be more efficent to buy a new unit. I agreed to this but he did not tell me until I questioned him afterwards and the job was complete that the springs and pulleys were not included and were a separate package. I also did not receive the packet of info. with different packages until after the job was completed. Do be honest he was efficient, clean about his work but I was not happy because he was not upfront about what the charges included and what was "extra". I would not call your company back again as I do not appreciate surprises. For the amount I paid it should have included the extra hardware.
