Garage door opener repair that wound up being worse than anticipated. Decided to replace opener due to age and most of the hardware since that was the culprit for opener failure. Kyle worked diligently and got the job done. They may charge more than some places, but they warrantied everything for life, so you may not need to buy another one ever again.

You are correct when stating that management supports this position. We believe the best way to fix a door long term so you never have to deal with it again is to rebuild it. Whatâ??s more is that we are willing to put our money where our mouth is by guaranteeing it for as long as you own the home. If you are moving out of the house this might not be a fit for you. Bob was very professional and clearly explained what the problems were in addition to my broken spring and what the repair options were. He efficiently fixed the issues with both garage doors and installed a new opener on one of them. I am completely satisfied with the work he did and love the way the doors now work. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating is the price, as it seems a bit high.

Technician was professional and explained all my options and did the repair quickly. Dispatch center indicated I would be first call of the day at 8am but tech didn't arrive until 8:40 - this is not the tech's fault - dispatch needs to advise the customer when the tech is actually arriving after going to warehouse first at 8am.

Bob did the excellent job to install the garage door opener, control console and wireless keypad entry system and explained to me how each unit works and how I can do the basic maintenance myself. Overall the work was professionally and neatly done. Only complaint I have is the price quote for part + labor is a little bit more than I expected. Other than that, I am pretty happy with the whole experience.
