The price you paid included a full inspection of your garage door to make sure everything was running properly. Also with that price we replaced the new part and got your opener working in a quick manor. I hope everything is now working perfectly!

It was a little rough getting started with some confusion between the office and myself in what I needed and scheduling the install, but once manpower hit the site things were much different. Kevin my installer new exactly what I needed, we had to reschedule at that point but that was OK. Kevin came back when he said he would and I got a professionally installed opener at that point.

New door looks great! Installation was very smooth and clean. One things is that the noise is louder than the old door when the door is opening and closing. I would like someone to recheck the door regarding the noise.

I would rate excellent, except a bit more expensive than competition. The weekend service is a BONUS in spite of that. Another downside is, only one remote for my door, and WAY too high for a spare from you (one third your price on internet) Technician was a good guy, but I can say me being around made the job a lot better for him, as we teamed to do a few things, like why the old opener was not working, might be a good idea to have two guys on some jobs. Upshot was, replace the old one. All in all very satisfied, just the price point(s) might be a topic.

Dear Mr. Freiday, Thank you for your input via your review. I am glad we were able to accommodate you with a weekend appointment and your overall experience was satisfying and successful. It looks like you have purchased a chain driven motor unit which comes with one remote. If you had chosen the belt driven unit, an extra remote comes with it. The cheapest way to do things is always to do it yourself or buy it online. If you choose to purchase a remote online just be sure you know which type of remote is compatible with your new opener. Also be sure to read about how to program your new remote so you don't wipe out everything that has previously been programmed. Unfortunately speed bumps can't be detected before we go out to a customers house. In the majority of cases, two technicians are not necessary. If there is ever a situation that more than one technician is needed to handle a job, we would reschedule for a time that our service manager can come with the technician to make sure the job can be completed properly.

As usual the service provided by Precision has been superb. Their service technicians are always courteous and keep you informed regarding where they are in relation to your appointment. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately due to the technician's rather late arrival, I had a 12 - 4 pm appt. window and he arrived about 5:15, I have to make it 4.5 stars. I realize that tech.'s can't always know the extent of each job and he did keep me informed regarding his progress.

I called Precision at 9am. The technician, James, called at 1pm to say he would be at my home by 3pm. By 5pm the work was all done, very neat, totally explained everything and showed me the pieces that had worn out. I was completely happy with the work that was done and thrilled that it was done the same day I called. Will definitely use them again.

He fixed the problem with my garage's door right there even though later on, it looked like the problem with the door seemed to be back. I let it reset and now it looks to be working good. Pete was great to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. The installation exceeded my expectations. He was clean and thorough. The opener itself is super quiet (I previously had a screw drive opener). We also got new hardware installed on the door which made it even quieter. I am extremely pleased with Pete's service as well as the products. My only 'concern' was the price. Precision is not the cheapest but you will not be disappointed with the final product either!

As always, service was impeccable and I will use Precision again. Tim the technician not only arrived early, but was very thorough in explaining how and why the repair was needed. The only complaint I have is that the price for the replacement part was very high. Understanding the price of that would have made me feel better.
