We are satisfied with the service. Rich discussed with me some options or suggestions and let me weigh the pros and cons of having some adjustments to the original scope of work. In fact, I am going to tell my other neighbor that he should consider your firm when deciding to have his garage door repaired (or installed)in the future. I was influenced by the coupons that I have received in the mail from Precision door. That coupon saved me $70. I called Precision at 4:00 in the afternoon and the service call was scheduled for the very next morning. The service tech called me twice that morning to let me know when he would arrive. Once he showed up, he diagnosed the problem immediately and repaired the garage door opener within the next 45 minutes. Excellent service.

Your service almost didn't happen. I'm glad it did because the serviceman who finally showed up, Rich, was great. He was very honest and told me my options. I had scheduled this a few days ago and was supposed to have Scott arrive between 8 and noon. No one showed up and no one called. An hour later I called and was told someone else, Vinny, would be coming shortly. AGAIN no one showed up and no one called. I called again and was told Vinny was running late & would I like to reschedule. Honestly? I took time off from work to be home for this repair and now nobody was available - and your Web site says emergency service available. This made no sense and so I called another company. That was when Rich showed up (without having called me). Had the other company called me back I would've sent him away. He did try to apologize and make amends, all to his credit and now I am very satisfied. With all this tho, do you think I'd recommend your company to others?

I was very pleased with the service and our tech. Andrew Nix. I was a little disappointed that the reason that our remotes were not working because they were deemed to be defective. The company should have notified us and replaced them. If that were done we would not have had to pay the service call charge. We have used precision in the past and will use them again.

A couple of years ago I purchased a garage door opener from Sears which included installation. What was a surprise to me was the installation was an outside contractor. The installion did not go well and a second tech was called and was annoyed he had to be called to finish the job. It was a poor job from the beginning and has been a problem since. I ended up paying more than going to Sears plus what it cost me to have your organization clean up their mess. Your tech took the time to explain what had to been done and the costs before he began. He was thorough and skilled. Except for the hour and a half delay in his arrival I felt that when he left I would not have any additional problems. The moral of my experience is pay more initally and have the job done correctly.

The only negative, small one, - he was a bit pushy on the sales side. I didn't want to spend that much and he tried pushing more than i really wanted. When I declined he backed off. Thanks

Hi Doug, All work was performed expertly in a timely fashion. Finished in one visit. Two things that did concerned me. Even though Bob explained everything about the (cost,labor and materials). Which I agreed to and signed, I feel it was a bit too pricey. My other concern, was I had a time window between 8am and 12pm. I received a call at approximately 11:50am that the technician would be late. I feel I should have been called sooner. Overall I was completely satisfied with the end result. The garage doors work very nicely.

Precision did a great job to replace a damaged garage door spring. Brandon arrived on time and only took one hour to perform the replacement and also install theft protection devices on both door systems. Brandon knows his business well and provided superior customer service. I'll use Precision again in the future and recommend them to my neighbors.

Scott was here and explained all options to fix our garage door springs. We decided to add the safety springs. He was professional and did a good job replacing 4 springs on 2 doors in 30 minutes. We did feel the price was a little more than we were expecting.

I cannot remember my service guys name, but he took the time to explain to me what I needed and why, the costs associated, AND most importantly, upon seeing my emotional response, applied a coupon to waive the service call fee. You get four stars only because of price...but that's just me being cheap. If the initial service call with the original tech hadn't gone so badly I would have given a 5 Star rating. Besides the work not being done correctly I wasn't made aware of the discount offered to seniors. After a couple of calls they finally sent out Joe Conti who was very qualified and knew the correct solution to the issue we were having. Had to wait for ordered parts but in the end the job was very satisfactory if a bit pricey. Will be my go to company for future needs.

The speed of obtaining service was excellent. The technician was very nice. Called before the appt to let me know he was on the way. Technician was very knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment, and installation of my new keypad and opener. He kindly programmed them both for me. I am a repeat customer. I used Precision in 2008 & they were great then too so I called them again. I find them a tad pricey or they would have 5 stars from me. this is the only downside. with that said, it was excellent service & that does come with a cost sometimes. Better one pricey visit and get the job done right vs. trying an unknown that would charge less & who knows what type of service you would get With Precision - you know - Top notch!!
