Scott was friendly and came between the times stated. He cleaned as he went,explained everything and even showed my interested preschooler how the door works. Very nice tech. The door was not fixed the same day I called as stated on the website and there was no fee waived. Prices were much higher than I expected as well, but my door works now. I did call the same day about a refund of the service fee. I was told someone would return my call and I am still waiting for that call a week later.

I called Precision on a late afternoon, described the problem and they scheduled a service call for early the next morning. The technician arrived early, saw the problem had all the tools and parts needed and fixed it. The price was fair, accepted credit cards and the work was done in one day. A good job.

I selected Precision because of the quality of the product. When compared to other competitors the Elite was far superior in its manufacture and insulation rating. It was a pleasure dealing with the area manager (who took the time to fully describe the product without pressuring me to make a final purchase decision at the time), the installer and scheduling staff. My only disappointment was that the new door came with the incorrect window panel. I think that should have been checked and identified before arriving at my home. However the staff took immediate action to resolve the error and have the correct panel installed in a timely manner.(Shared Review)

We actually drop everything and normally are at your house within 2 hours. This can add expense to your bill. Fortunately most times same day service is available at no extra cost. Best wishes Doug

The garage door opener installation appears to be working well and he was very thorough in explaining and establishing all the programming elements that were available with the opener. Your company is one that I would highly recommend!

We were happy with the thoroughness of Tim's explanation of the problem, the actual work and the cost of the repair... once your technician arrived. The technician was scheduled to come between 2:00-4:00. He did not arrive until 4:45; left at 6:50 pm. We did call at 4:00 to see if there was a problem. Our suggestion is to have your dispatcher give an ETA, if the technician is to arrive later than the customer expects. Despite the late arrival, Thank you for the excellent service.

Garage door repair. Tim is very professional. He explained the job needed to be done before starting and then after finishing. It is a pleasure to have dealt with such a nice person.
