As always, a fine job by Precision. We both love how we are always kept in the loop about the status of our call. We get updates about the arrival time, who the tech is, a picture of him as well. Our tech was nice, competent and didn't waste any of our time.

Excellent Customer Service all around! Operator Tommy was professional, friendly, & knowledgeable. She was able, due to a cancellation, to get us an immediate appointment. Technician Brian H. & Trainee John arrived within the hour, also very professional, friendly, & knowledgeable. Brian was able to inspect the opener, assess the problem, provide a detailed explanation, offer several quote options, and install the opener quickly & efficiently. I selected Precision Garage Door as the reviews were amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.
