Erik came by this morning to perform a repair of our garage door. We had to have several items replaced (rollers etc) as the door was extremely loud and kept jamming. Erik called ahead to say he was on his way and gave me a ring upon arrival. He was extremely professional and friendly. The work was completed relatively quickly. My door opens smoothly and operates quietly now. This was the second time my husband and I have used Precision. Thank you again for the service.

My 24 year old garage door opener was not functioning properly during the freezing cold winter months. I wanted to prevent this from happening next winter, so I called Precision. John D. was the technician who came and installed the new Liftmaster unit. I had so many questions for John. He was very pleasant, patient, and professional. I would give a five star rating to the actual service by Tim. There was some confusion on the scheduling part, where the dispatcher set the expectation very different than what Precision offers. After learning about the confusion, Tim tried his best to make the things work out. I am very pleased with his professionalism and his work.

We called to have our 20+ year-old garage door opener replaced because it was no longer functioning properly in cold weather. Rob Z was the technician who came over to perform the repair. He did an excellent job of installing the new Liftmaster ELITE unit and he was very patient with me in explaining and showing the various features of the new system. He also went the extra mile to successfully set up Home Link in our two cars to work with the new garage door system. With the quality of service he provided, we will definitely call your company again should we have a garage door problem in the future.

Precision Door responded to my call concerning my problems with my garage door promptly and provided with me with several time slots to have a technician inspect the door, so that I was able select an option that was most convenient for me. Their technician called about 30 minutes before his intended arrival to let me know that he was on his way and he arrived within the time frame that I selected. He quickly assessed the problems, gave me a clear understanding of what was wrong and what would be needed to fix them, provided me with a written estimate and performed the required repairs very efficiently and effectively. He then gave me some suggestions as to how I might better maintain the door to avoid future problems. Excellent and reasonably priced service – I could not be more satisfied.
